We’re honored to be featured in Best of Houzz 2025 – Tampa! Our Elysian Estate primary bedroom was recognized for its serene design and luxurious details, making it a standout space in the region. Check it out!
Check out our feature in Florida Design Sarasota Magazine, where we share a project that beautifully blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living. “The focus was to achieve such a seamless flow that it wasn’t immediately clear whether you were on the inside or the outside of the home.”
“Holmes Beach was named for John E Holmes Sr., a property developer who purchased a large portion of the island in the 1940s and began developing it, introducing streets, homes and business before the city incorporated in 1950. More than 70 years later, his great-granddaughter, Jessica Holmes Holiday is making her own mark on the Island as the founder and principal interior designer of HSH Collective.”
“Holiday and Lead Rental Designer Bridgette Latessa created a plan to embrace the Old Florida style while developing a redesign that seamlessly blends style, functionality, and consideration for the entire family - pets included.”
“HSH Collective puts a warm, contemporary spin on coastal style in its projects along the Gulf Coast and beyond.” Explore what Architectural Digest says about our Holmes Beach-based firm and how we combine neutral textures, timeless furnishings, and nature-inspired hues to create comfortable and classic interiors.
“Jessica Holmes Holiday founded her firm, HSH Collective, as a way to share her passion for design with others. For every project, Holiday makes it her mission to connect with her clients and deliver a design that turns their house into a home.”
In this Anna Maria Island Home, we utilized “Indonesian-inspired architectural details” as we worked on both the interior and exterior of this property. Each design aspect of this project reflected the clients’ desire to maintain the natural feel of their beach community.
Trends are always changing, and something that’s categorized as “cheugy” today may not be tomorrow. Redfin asked us, along with other experts from Vancouver, CA to Miami, FL, to reveal outdated decor and design trends that so many of us are guilty of. Check out what we had to say!
